​Client must send visual references.

• If requesting a character design, please provide mood boards with plenty of photos or existing designs as examples.  

All payments will be done through invoice and card payment through Stripe (I do not use paypal). ​

Please allow me 4-6 weeks to complete your commission.

Any illustration request made with a hard deadline of two weeks or less will be subject to a 150% upcharge or $60/hour. 

A deposit of $320 for hourly rate commissions/25% deposit for flat rate commissions must be paid upfront by the client before I start work.

For hourly rate commissions, an invoice will be sent to you for every 10 hours I've worked. 

Progress updates may be requested by the client at any time.

• Please note I work within my schedule, so if you request multiple work in progresses in a short time frame, there may be little to no progress. Please do not expect me to give meaningful updates everyday. 

Lower resolution image will be sent to client for confirmation. Once confirmation and remaining payment is made, full resolution image will be delivered to client through Google drive. Please specify files types e.g .psd, .png. 

Personal commissions are for personal use ONLY. 

I retain artistic copyright over the artwork.

If client requests changes AFTER completed and approved upon artwork, client will be charged extra at the rate of $40/hour. 

Completed artwork will be stored on my drive for a max of 3 months. Once that period is over, I cannot guarantee the client that I will still have the artwork.

Refunds

• I will not offer a refund on the deposit once the initial draft is completed. ​
• In circumstances where I cannot complete the client's commission, a full refund for the deposit will be made if no initial draft was sent to the client, and partial refunds are negotiable.
• If the client does not comply with this Terms of Service at any time during the process, I reserve the right to cancel the client's commission without any refunds.

Client cannot use the artwork in any AI software. 

For other types of commissions (commercial or types not listed on this website) it will be subject to a different TOS.
